The Ultraviolet was a high-end VR headset that sold for $500.
It was also one of the first to use the company Gmk VR technology.
Gmve is a virtual reality startup based in New York City.
It announced the Ultra Violet in October 2017 and the UltraUV in February 2018.
The UltraVultures were both aimed at young professionals and those who were already familiar with the VR world, with a $199 price tag.
