Darling is the world’s largest independent perfume maker, producing more than 50 brands, including L’Oreal, Nivea, P&M, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Céline, Stella McCartney, Dolce & Gabbana and more.
It also sells a range of fragrances under the American Beauty brand.
The company, which employs about 800 people in New York City, is one of the top 10 perfume producers in the world, according to Forbes magazine.
The company said it sells more than 2.3 million samples each year.
It is the second-largest perfume producer in the United States, after L’Oréal.
American Beauty bags are made in China, where the company said its products were the most popular.
The bags were available in 10 flavors: rose, amber, sweet almond, citrus, earthy, woodsy, spicy, and floral.
A company spokesperson declined to say how many of the samples it made in each of the 10 flavors were for sale to consumers in the U.S. Darling said it has a “significant footprint” in the Asian market.
According to a company spokesperson, American Beauty is expanding into Europe and the Middle East, but does not have plans to expand into the U
